Responsibilities:
* Ensure all visitors are welcomed promptly and courteously, portraying a professional business image.
* Signing courier deliveries and notifying appropriate personnel.
* Prepare daily lodgements, process manual visa payments and bank statements.
* Process weekly payrolls via Sage Micropay and ensure authorization.
* Save payroll reports and maintain up-to-date records.
* Handle general payroll inquiries.
* Invoice daily Commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices.
Requirements:
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent.
* Excellent communication and Excel skills.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and business support skills.
