The Role
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Assembly, testing, and packing products with accuracy and to agreed targets.
2. Operation of equipment/automation for moulding and final assembly of product.
3. Manual assembly of product.
4. Set-up of equipment, loading raw materials, etc.
5. Complete appropriate records and reports as required.
6. Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
7. Adhere to internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and specific work instructions (TIs).
8. Other duties as defined by management.
9. Physical role that requires manual dexterity.
10. Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt comfortably in a dynamic operating environment with changing priorities.
11. Some manual handling and ability to stand for long periods of time.
12. Flexibility to work different rosters if required (applicable to Consumables).
Job Content
Key areas of responsibility:
1. Building products on time, following the processes and procedures defined within the QMS.
2. Ensuring products are completed to the highest standards and never knowingly passing poor quality to the next step in the process.
3. Adherence to all H&S, IS, QMS, and GDP requirements.
4. Following housekeeping and hygiene standards.
Required Experience:
1. 2nd level Leaving Certificate and/or relevant industry experience.
2. Good manual dexterity.
3. Able to fill in paperwork in compliance with GDP (Good Documentation Practice).
