We are looking for a Trust & Safety Operations Manager with 4+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations management, and/or global program management.
Our ideal candidate has experience working in Trust & Safety (T&S) or a similar function, where they have worked to reduce risk and fight abuse across various products. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives that improve solution delivery and drive innovation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Creating repeatable content, such as best practices, tutorials, and blog articles, to document solutions.
* Generating partner insights and contributing to business reviews to formulate and execute partner strategies.
* Managing project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and documentation.
* Executing solutions based on defined user/partner/client objectives and technical requirements.
* Identifying trends in solution issues and collaborating with internal teams to mitigate future risks.
* Customizing or developing solutions based on business objectives, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
* Defining long-term solution strategies with cross-functional teams and influencing product features and solution direction.
* Collaborating with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot or develop optimal solutions.
* Building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders to deliver quality solutions and services.
* Assessing and identifying gaps in products based on user feedback or metrics analysis.
Our minimum requirements include:
* 3+ years of experience in operations management, and/or program/project management.
* Trust & Safety exposure/experience.
* Experience using data to provide solutions and recommendations.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week onsite at our Dublin location. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position.
