* Building and maintaining excellent customer relations, promptly responding to customers by phone and email.
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries.
* Monitor scheduled deliveries and advise customers of any changes or delays.
* Liaise effectively with drivers and traffic office employees.
* Perform general administration duties.
* Organise driver manifests.
* Assist with POD queries/issues.
* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles on a stand on Electric Pallet Truck.
* Checking for damaged or missing items and then sorting stock for storage in the warehouse.
* Taking goods to the appropriate storage space.
* Keeping a careful record of the stock on the warehouse management system, so that it can be located quickly.
* Following workplace health and safety rules will be essential.
* Comply with Food Safety Regulations.
Essential Criteria:
* Previous admin experience.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Teamwork experience.
* Electric Pallet Truck licence is an advantage; however, training will be provided.
