Key Requirements:
1. Level 7 or higher qualification in a computer science-related discipline
2. Maintaining and supporting Microsoft based environments
3. Providing subject matter expertise on the Microsoft infrastructure and its operation to best practice standards
4. Communicating and liaising with IT and business colleagues in relation to the Microsoft infrastructure and issues arising
5. Experience of working as part of a helpdesk in a Microsoft Office-based environment supporting hybrid work
6. Strong technical understanding of the operation and support of Microsoft-based environments
