About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for ACCA/ACA qualified professionals to join our Wealth Management team as an Assistant Private Client Adviser. In the role, the successful candidate will: Be fully responsible for management of discretionary client portfolios in conjunction with agreed client mandate and Investment Committee guidance; Proactively manage client portfolios in conjunction with Portfolio Managers and in line with agreed client mandate, investment offerings and opportunities; Responsibility for coordinating and managing investment activities; Responsibility for trade implementation including order book management; Significant portfolio analysis with a strong focus on asset allocation and risk drift. Formal Risk Drift Analysis undertaken on a ongoing basis; Participate in the new business process through the preparation of customised investment proposals; Act as the primary point of contact between the team and the Investment Committee on all investment issues; Prepare investment presentations and documentation for client meetings; Be recognised as an expert and influential contact for Davy’s services and in relation to client queries; Ability to network with peers at industry events; RequirementsAbout You Degree or Masters level qualification in a business, accounting, law, engineering or related discipline; ACCA/ACA qualified 3-5 years previous experience within a consultancy firm Demonstrable knowledge of financial markets and investments; Keen interest in the investment process; Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills; Understanding of the regulatory framework; Strong administration skills and a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
