Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Assistant Store Manager to join our Essentials Leadership Team, supporting our city centre concession stores in ILAC centre and Stephen's Green. As a Trainee Assistant Store Manager, you will be involved in supporting daily store operations to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Manages the replenishment of stock to ensure continuous availability of products.

Builds strong relationships with Dunne's Store Management teams to facilitate positive relations and promote a harmonious working environment.
Has the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Can support the Store Manager in delivering employee reviews to support the continued growth, development, and performance of the team.
Ensures high store standards of cleanliness and compliance with health & safety.
Can effectively merchandise and display products and in-store offers.
Has strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Has strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Has a thirst for knowledge and enjoys professional development.
Has previous supervisory experience and a minimum of 1-year retail experience.
Has a relevant qualification (beneficial).
