Job Title: QHSE Compliance Officer
Description:
The QHSE Compliance Officer will report directly to the Health and Safety Manager and be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting internal audits and site inspections for Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards
* Performing regular compliance checks and updating records accordingly
* Gathering and evaluating necessary documentation from sub-contractors
* Coordinating and delivering employee QHSE induction programs
* Supporting QHSE and Product Safety awareness initiatives for staff through various campaigns
* Participating in the investigation and reporting of accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences
* Compiling data and completing all QHSE administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
* NEBOSH Certification or equivalent experience
* Experience working with, maintaining, and implementing ISO standards
* Knowledge of relevant QHSE regulations and standards
* Attention to detail and demonstrable communication skills
Desirable Skills:
* Member of IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health)
* Understanding of BRC Global Standards
* Experience in QHSE management systems and procedures
