Supply Chain Administrator – Bray area.
Exciting, hands-on role for a Supply Chain Administrator looking to advance their career within a dynamic, forward-thinking and rapidly growing organic food brand. Our brand serves retail customers across Ireland, the UK and other international markets. The successful candidate will work alongside the Operations team and the senior management.
Please note this role is office-based, Monday to Friday, from our head office in Bray, Co. Wicklow.

The Opportunity:
An opportunity to join a dynamic Irish SME distributing organic products internationally. We are seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and someone who is a team player.

About You:
You will report directly to the Head of Operations and be part of a dedicated, ambitious, and hard-working team. The role has a broad remit and will involve developing close working relationships across all areas of the business.
So, we’d like you to have:
* Previous work experience as an Administrator, Stock Controller, Inventory Manager, or similar role
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills (with good experience of Excel)
* Self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills
* High degree of attention to detail, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
* Ability to problem-solve and to identify new ways of working/processes
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain procedures
* Active participation in inventory audits is a bonus.
* Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g., Intact, Thyme IT, MS NAV, SAP, Prophet, etc.) would be an advantage
* Fully fluent written and spoken English
* Must be eligible to live and work in Ireland
Your Key Responsibilities will be:
* Determine and maintain sufficient stock levels to ensure a constant supply of material (including finished goods and packaging).
* Forecast supply and demand based on sales trends, seasonality, and market demand to prevent overstocking and OOS situations.
* Working closely with suppliers to ensure steady and accurate supply of goods and investigate any stock discrepancies, damages, and ensure credit is retrieved.
* Liaise with suppliers to monitor order status and ensure deadlines are met.
* Organise and book the transport for collection with freight forwarders and advise recipients of any delays.
* Negotiate rates and services with forwarders and transport suppliers, monitoring performance and escalating service level issues as required.
* Own the customs flow for transit of goods, ensuring all requests are communicated effectively to Customs brokers, all paperwork is completed correctly, and goods are cleared for import/export as planned.
* Liaise with consolidated warehouses in Ireland and the UK and address any inventory-related issues that affect customer orders.
* Actively participate in physical stock counts to identify and investigate discrepancies between physical stock counts and inventory records.
* Review and approve invoices for payment to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
