We are recruiting a Patient Services Administrator for a temporary assignment until end April 2025.
Based in a hospital in the Dunlaoghaire area, your duties will be as follows:
1. Booking patient appointments
2. Dealing with queries and phone calls
3. Liaising with the Multidisciplinary team
4. Producing activity reports on all systems within the Patient Services dept
5. Being responsible for the accuracy and integrity of data entered by staff
6. Maintaining high standards of customer service while dealing with sensitive issues
7. Recording patient information
8. Other ad hoc admin duties as required.
Salary: c €35k pro rata. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm, 35hrs
Requirements:
1. Relevant hospital and Patient Services experience or similar
2. Relevant ICT skills, PAS knowledge essential
3. Good organisational skills
4. Adaptability and flexible approach to working
5. Ability to work on own initiative
6. Good computer, communication, and interpersonal skills
