Job Description
Due to continued, organic growth, our Client, a leading law firm in Dublin city centre, wishes to recruit a full time, permanent HR Assistant to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be working within a team of 3 HR professionals to support with day to day administration, recruitment/onboarding and Law fairs.
This role is perfect for an enthusiastic HR professional with 6 months + HR or Recruitment administration experience. Experience working within a legal or professional services sector would be advantageous.

The Role:
Manage the firm’s induction plan for all new employees – ensuring they have been added to the systems correctly and facilitating their desk setup
Manage and assist with the firm’s Summer & University Internship Programme(s) – through screening CV’s, scheduling interviews and selection
Liaise with Universities to assist in expanding the firm’s brand – coordinate the appropriate interns to assist and support with the events and research market trends on new materials
The Person:
Minimum of 6 months HR or Recruitment administration experience, essential
Experience working in a legal or professional services environment, advantageous
Strong people skills and a great team-worker
Excellent time-keeping and organisational skills
Self-driven and solution-based approach
Practical experience of Irish employment legislation
