As an Audit Senior Manager at GPC Finance, you would have the opportunity to lead a team of qualified accountants and part-qualified staff while working closely with the partners.

Here are the key responsibilities and requirements for the Audit Senior Manager position:
Responsibilities: Meeting collective (departmental) targets for FCR (first-time passes), billing, net fee income, and cash collection, as well as personal and firm-wide goals.
Managing a portfolio of commercial audit clients and coordinating service offerings from other departments.
Overseeing assignments and managing resources to ensure client satisfaction and targeted firm recovery.
Conducting staff reviewing procedures.
Requirements: Qualified Accountant, such as ACA or ACCA qualified.
At least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
Preference for first-time passes.
Ability to provide guidance and support to others.
Audit training with a strong academic track record.
Excellent commercial, management, and organizational skills.
