Job Description:
Greenvolt Next is committed to the Distributed Energy Generation, as this is one of the main axes of energy transition and key to reduce the costs of energy bills. We have partnerships across Europe relying on local knowledge and market expertise. We are seeking a Site Based Project Manager to be part of a team focused on accelerating the adoption of energy transition. The role will focus on hands-on site management from day one on site through to commissioning and post-installation support. Once mobilized, it is the site manager's job, in conference with the project engineer/project manager, to complete the project as efficiently as possible while adhering to budget.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations on the construction site.
2. Electrical/mechanical installation of renewable energy systems.
3. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
5. Manage site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date site PSCS documentation.
7. Implement, maintain, and enforce good on-site QEHS practices.
8. Address any safety concerns promptly and effectively.
9. Management of Subcontractors and Suppliers.
10. Schedule works programs.
11. Stakeholder Communication - Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
12. Ensure all safety procedures are followed.
13. Provide technical support to customers.
14. Understand and deliver project SOW.
15. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and safety records.
16. Report to PM and senior management as required.
17. Assist in any other duties which may encompass the role.

3. Share knowledge and impart skills to other team members.
4. Stay abreast of trends in relevant industry fields.
5. Have flexibility to travel & overnight as required.
6. Have a strong understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
Experience and Qualifications:
1. Previous Site Supervision/Management is required.
2. Safe pass, manual handling are a minimum; MEWP, First aid, Confined space, Abrasive Wheels, Hot works & Working at height etc. would be an advantage.
3. Subcontractor management & schedule is a key requirement.
4. Roofing, Scaffolding, PCSC experience.
5. 2+ Years of site management.
6. Full Clean Driving License.
7. Knowledge of renewable energy systems (Solar PV, Wind Turbines, Biomass Boilers) would be an advantage.
8. Electrical design of renewable systems would be an advantage.
9. Grid Connection Experience would be an advantage.
