We are seeking a highly skilled Patrons Programme Administrator to join our team on a 2-year contract basis.
The successful candidate will be the main point of day-to-day contact for our relationship with a designated portfolio of Patrons, coordinating regular communications, event planning, and general administration and management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage key administrative tasks of the programme and assist the Programme Manager in general Programme operations and client service.
* Deliver a regularised programme of outreach and informative communications to the Patrons base.
* Coordinate and schedule Invoicing and financial tracking, plus liaison with Finance Dept.
* Prepare reports and information pieces for clients.
* Customer Service: Respond in a timely manner to all clients' correspondence or enquiries.
* Manage experiential benefits and Patrons hospitality events.
* Provide clients with Programme Product Briefs (benefits, price, and payment methods) through telephone, email, and online communication tools as needed.
* Follow through on behalf of the clients with the various processing departments within the organisation in respect of commitments, sales agreements, letters of offer, coordinating invoicing and receipts among other documents.
* Manage and track allocations and other specialist benefits accorded to Patrons as part of the Programme.
* Responsible for the management and hosting of bespoke Patrons events. This may include functions in the UK, Europe, US, and other markets.
