Position Summary
As a Technical Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing sales in your area by implementing strategy and managing customer and distribution networks.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Develop Mikron Tool's presence in the Irish market
* Promote and sell standard and custom tools in Ireland
* Regularly visit new and existing customers and partners
* Organize product training sessions and seminars
* Provide technical advice to customers and sales partners
* Find new customers in assigned areas
* Quote special and standard tools
* Liaise with HQ for technical questions and problem-solving
* Leverage and maintain the CRM
Your Profile
* Previous experience in a technical sales role
* Goal-oriented with proven track record
* Permanent residence in Ireland
* Experience in cutting tool technology and machining processes
* Able to read technical drawings and sketch ideas
* Mechanical education with an emphasis on mechanical engineering
* Systematic and analytical thinking
* Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
* Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills
* Willingness to travel
