Our Dublin based client is looking for a Business System Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. The Business System Analyst will play a key role in bridging business requirements and technical solutions within the organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across business and IT teams to ensure the effective implementation and optimisation of T24 (Temenos) core banking systems or mortgage systems. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and recommend areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document functional and non-functional requirements. Support system enhancements, implementations, and upgrades related to T24 or mortgage systems. Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs. Conduct impact analysis and feasibility studies for new system changes. Assist in system configuration, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality meets business requirements. Provide user training and ongoing system support to internal stakeholders. Document system processes, workflows, and key decision points. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal standards Essential Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst within the financial services or banking sector. Strong knowledge and experience working with T24 (Temenos) banking systems or mortgage systems. Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements. Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Experience with business process mapping, data analysis, and workflow automation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
