Job DescriptionPart time role for Service Delivery Manager, your role will encompass
• Collaborate with the client on all contract matters including additional projects.
• Manage all day to day activities across 2 sites, ensuring quality service to the client.
• Manage a team of 20 + contracted team members.
• Manage the payroll, invoicing and billing for the contract in association with the Finance team.
• Manage the recruitment and contract negotiations for all team members.
• Manage the performance of the team.
• Point of escalation for any client matters.
• Mentor and provide an example to more junior team members, assisting their learning and acting as role model for attitude and approach to work.
• Reporting as required to customers and to senior management.
• Prepare tender documents upon renewal of existing contracts.Requirements:
• A minimum of 10 years working in the IT sector.
• Experience working in Public Sector or with Public Sector clients.
• 5+ years in a management role, with responsibility for recruitment, contract negotiation and performance management.
• Experience writing and submitting tenders for public sector contracts.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
