TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Staff Nurse Urgent Care on behalf of a North Dublin Urgent Care Clinic.
The successful candidate will be rostered to work over a 7 day period, no night duty.
The successful candidate must have:
1. Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland as RGN or Dual Qualified in General and Paediatrics Nursing
2. Minimum of 2yrs postgraduate experience in areas including general practice, A&E, urgent care or trauma orthopaedics
3. Competent with IT systems and Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
4. Flexibility to work across a rolling roster, 365 days a year
5. High level of professional and personal integrity.
6. High degree of emotional intelligence and self-awareness to support healing interactions with patients.
7. High levels of emotional resilience and the ability to work under pressure.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and approach with both patients and colleagues.
9. Demonstrate commitment to fostering partnerships, multi-professional and multidisciplinary relationships and working as part of a team.
10. Must be an enthusiastic self-starter who demonstrates energy and drive.
11. Must demonstrate planning and organising skills.
Desirable:
1. Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care/Community Nursing
2. Experience in minor trauma, general medicine, paediatrics, sports medicine or orthopaedics.
3. Wound care qualification
4. ACLS/ PALS
