Position Description Electric Ireland is looking for a highly skilled CVM Analyst to work as part of the Customer Value Management (CVM) team.
The CVM team works to increase the loyalty of existing customers, reduce switching away from Electric Ireland, encourage longer tenure and increased consumption, and to in general grow the value of the customer base as an asset to Electric Ireland.
This role will support Residential & SME campaign planning and execution across BTL campaigns including to track, analyse, report, evaluate performance Vs KPIs and develop recommendations to improve and develop campaigns to deliver on churn and value aspirations.
This role will have responsibility for reporting across CVM campaigns and initiatives for Residential customer bases.
Critical to success is extensive and effective team working with many stakeholders across the business to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities Customer Campaign Management Support the Smart product take up specifically for new cross-sell, retention and account management campaigns.
Create and manage targeted service & marketing campaigns for delivering customer growth targets through both 3rd party providers and in house campaign management tools.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Products & Propositions teams to help inform interactions, segmentation and campaign creation.
Campaign Reporting & Post Campaign Analysis Monitor campaign performance and analyse how we can potentially improve.
Work alongside other teams to develop new and innovative ways of acquiring new customers and increasing the value of our existing customer base.
Full support of SAP Marketing Cloud (or equivalent campaign management tool) Manage end to end campaigns to send emails via SAP Marketing Cloud, delivering cost savings and efficiencies.
Support in the improved customer journey by adding touchpoints with the customer via SMC.
Work closely with BI&IT, DP and Marketing to ensure compliance of all campaigns are in line with GDPR regulation and data protection in the most efficient way.
Experience & Qualicications Essential 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience Campaign management experience.
3+ years' experience in a Commercial customer role.
Experience developing customer campaign strategies, with a passion for the customer and CX excellence.
Good analytical and interpretative skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on collaborative working.
A self-starter with attention to detail and ability to positively influence teams.
Delivers on time to a consistently high standard.
Desirable Quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to collate and present results in a concise and professional manner.
