About the Role:
As a Senior HR Generalist, you’ll bring your expertise across all areas of HR, with a particular focus on pay transparency, compensation and benefits, and employee relations (ER). You’ll work closely with the leadership team to shape HR strategy and foster a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead initiatives on pay transparency and compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with best practices.
2. Manage all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution and compliance.
3. Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
4. Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees across all HR matters.
5. Champion employee engagement and maintain the company’s outstanding work culture.
What We’re Looking For:
1. 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong background in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
2. Proven expertise in compensation and benefits and a passion for pay transparency.
3. Excellent skills in employee relations and a solid understanding of Irish employment law.
4. A proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused approach to HR.
5. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model (3 days in the office).
