Job Summary
A Capital Reporting Assistant Manager is sought by our client, a global investment bank with its European headquarters in Dublin. As part of a five-person team, this role offers a hybrid working policy, allowing for two days of remote work per week.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately prepare capital adequacy internal management information & regulatory returns.
* E nsure all returns conform to the requirements of the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI), Board of Directors, and Senior Management.
* Maintain adequate processes, systems, and reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate completion of regulatory returns.
* Provide detailed analysis of returns for submission to reviewers and the CBI.
* Support the Regulatory Change Manager in automation activities.
* Stay up-to-date on regulatory reporting standards and developments.
* Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements
* University degree in accounting or related field.
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.) and/or relevant financial management qualification.
* Solid experience in capital reporting.
* Knowledge of operational and regulatory requirements within the Financial Services Industry.
* Technical and business understanding of CRR/CRD, local regulatory guidance, and capital aspects of regulatory reporting.
