About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of an exclusive client for a Distribution & Logistics Administrator to join their team. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, working closely with hauliers, returns processing, and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurate data entry and processing of logistics paperwork
* Coordinating orders to ensure efficient distribution
* Troubleshooting and resolving delivery issues promptly
* Tracking and logging returns
* Managing customer queries and complaints relating to deliveries
* Liaising with drivers, yard staff, and internal teams (sales, admin, etc.)
* Identifying areas for improvement in logistics processes
Requirements:
* Strong office administration and IT skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, structured, and organised approach
* Ability to build relationships across different teams
* Experience in a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment
* A strong personality with the confidence to manage various stakeholders
