The Salthill Hotel is looking for a Chef de Partie who will work closely with the Head chef and the kitchen team aiding in food preparation and food service for a busy hotel.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy kitchen.
You will have a strong understanding of fresh ingredients and the importance of a positive guest dining experience as well as be flexible to the changing needs of a business.
