You will be responsible for executing sales and marketing programs, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Your Duties:
Sales &
Account Management:
Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies across multiple trade channels to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
Develop and nurture relationships with regional buyers and wholesalers, ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term partnerships.
New Business Development:
Identify and secure new customer accounts, contributing to brand growth and expanding market reach.
Sales Strategy & Reporting:
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations using market insights and product knowledge.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Category Management & Marketing Support:
Drive category management programs and collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives both online and in-store, enhancing the brands visibility.
Logistics & Operations:
Oversee logistics and manage contracts to ensure smooth sales operations and timely deliveries.
E-commerce Optimisation: Support customers in optimizing their e-commerce platforms in alignment with broader marketplace strategies.
Your Profile:
Education: A Bachelors degree or equivalent vocational training.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within consumer packaged goods or related industries.
Experience in wholesale, automotive, hardware, industrial, or retail distribution is a plus.
Strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
Experience with category management and online/offline sales strategies.
Other:
A valid drivers license and willingness to travel 75-85% of the time.
Ability to work within industry regulations and company policies.

£35,000 - £40,000 salary.
