Duties and Responsibilities
* Ensure the safe execution of activities aligned with statutory, environmental, regulatory (cGMP), corporate site, and department practices and procedures.
* Contribute to equipment design, construction, commissioning, and qualification activities.
* Provide technical support to maintenance personnel and other departments as required.
* Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and equipment files.
* Assist in generating, reviewing, and revising maintenance documentation as necessary.
* Develop and manage the critical equipment list.
* Optimize the site's preventive maintenance program (RCM/FMECA based).
* Analyze equipment data to report on equipment performance.
* Develop, standardize, and implement the latest maintenance approaches and techniques in line with the MAM COE and MAM platform initiatives.
* Carry out routine and non-routine tasks delegated by MAM Leadership according to appropriate procedures and standards.
* Optimize costs while driving department performance.
* Report to MAM Maintenance Lead and MAM Site Leadership as required.
* Maintain familiarity with daily activities across all areas of the Maintenance department.
* Rotate with other positions in the department as required.
* Foster an environment of continuous improvement.
Education and Experience Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Process Engineering.
* Scientific or technical qualification in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation & controls, utilities engineering.
* Experience in reliability and/or maintenance within a process or pharmaceutical cGMP environment.
* Background in best practices for preventive maintenance, condition monitoring, maintenance planning, reliability engineering, RCM, or FMECA.
