Senior Property Officer
Job Summary:
The Senior Property Officer will lead and coordinate the Property Officers team to provide a customer-centric, efficient, and responsive maintenance service to our tenants.
This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders and contractors to deliver the maintenance service and ensure our assets are of the highest quality.
Main Responsibilities:
* Team lead of Property Officers
* Property Maintenance and Repairs
* New Scheme Onboarding and Defect Management
* Health, Safety, and Compliance
* Monitor Financial and Performance KPI's
* Effective Collaboration and Team Working with Housing Teams
* Tenant Satisfaction and Engagement
Key Skills and Competencies:
* Qualifications and Experience: Level 6 Certificate/Advanced Certificate or equivalent in a surveying, building services/Construction related discipline
* Essential Skills and Competencies: Property Management Expertise, Team Leadership, Tenant-Centric Approach, Interdepartmental Collaboration, Health and Safety Knowledge
Salary: €63,594 - €70,230 (L5P1-L5P5)
Location: James Street. Oaklee also has a hybrid model in place.
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday
