You will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction.
This leadership role requires strong managerial expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
The restaurant has a breakfast, lunch and dinner service and as part of your role, you will oversee the three services with a particular focus on lunch and dinner.
Responsibilities: Provide strong leadership and motivation to the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service excellence, and cleanliness.
Cultivate a positive work environment by offering continuous training and professional development opportunities for staff.
Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations.
Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a secure and compliant workplace for both staff and guests.
Requirements: Proven experience in a managerial role within the Irish hospitality industry,preferably in a high-volume hotel restaurant environment, with a strong understanding of operational demands.
Demonstrated leadership skillswith the ability to inspire, mentor, and motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesto effectively engage with staff, guests, and stakeholders while fostering a positive work culture.
Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations,including food and beverage service, inventory control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Track record of delivering outstanding customer service,ensuring a memorable dining experience through attention to detail and service excellence.
Flexibility and adaptabilityto work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required to meet business needs.
