Our client, a busy building and civil contractor, requires a Project Manager to manage work in Pharmaceutical projects outside of the M50.
Your duties will include: Providing advice on the management of projectsOrganising the various professional people working on a projectCarrying out risk assessmentsMaking sure that all the aims of the project are metMaking sure the quality standards are metUsing IT systems to keep track of people and progressMonitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintainedOverseeing the accounting, costing and billing to ensure the project is on budgetAgreeing programme and delivering the project in accordance with sameMaking sure the project is running in accordance to the programme and on budgetEnsuring an efficient construction siteDelivering projects with the highest qualityWorking with the Health & Safety Department to ensure safe construction at all timesRequirements: Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.The successful candidate will have at least 7 years' experience working for main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.Will ideally have experience working as Project Manager on building projects in Ireland or the U.K.Will ideally have pharmaceutical site experience.Must be able to manage a large team.Ensure that the project progresses on schedule.An attractive remuneration and benefits package is available for the successful candidate.
