The job: Sales Manager DACH market - BDR
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead one of our high-performing BDR teams. You’ll guide your BDR team to exceed monthly quotas, fostering a culture of over-performance.
Your responsibilities:
1. Recruit, train and support BDRs to meet and exceed their individual attainment metrics whilst hitting our wider strategic goals.
2. Conduct 1:1s, providing guidance and motivation.
3. Drive and develop a high-performing, diverse and inclusive team culture.
4. Collaborate radically with your peers in the Business Development, Sales & Sales Enablement to share best practices and ensure an optimal customer experience.
5. Enforce weekly scorecard reviews, identifying performance gaps.
Your profile:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience managing BDRs in a SaaS company.
2. History of over-performance in an Individual Contributor and Manager role.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Passion for training and development.
5. Data-savvy with a focus on trend analysis.
6. Comfortable with change and a fast-paced work environment.
7. Proficient with sales tools like Outreach, Salesforce, Cognism, etc.
8. Fluency in German (verbal and written) and English.
