About the Role: Our client is seeking a confident and experienced Office Manager to lead their growing team in an accounting/auditors office.
This role is perfect for a people-oriented professional who excels in managing workflows, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the efficient completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of administrative and bookkeeping staff, ensuring high standards and efficiency.
Workflow Management: Oversee team workflows, ensuring key deadlines for VAT, payroll, and client deliverables are met.
Training & Development: Identify skills gaps and report training needs to senior management, overseeing training and development initiatives.
Client Liaison: Act as a key liaison between clients, team members, and directors, managing communication and expectations professionally.
Client Onboarding: Onboard new clients, including tax registrations, company setups, and integration with internal systems.
Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance office procedures to improve team productivity and overall efficiency.
IT Coordination: Coordinate with external IT providers to ensure staff have the necessary tools and support.
Work Culture: Foster a collaborative and accountable work culture where staff feel supported and empowered.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an Office Manager or Team Leader in an accounting/auditors office.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with a focus on team development and motivation.
Experience in bookkeeping, finance administration, or working closely with finance functions.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Ability to maintain oversight while supporting the day-to-day running of the office.
