What Youll Do: As Financial Controller, youll take the reins of the companys financial operations, driving performance and ensuring robust compliance. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and presenting accurate financial reports, including monthly management accounts, cash flow statements, and annual budgets. Managing month-end financial and inventory close processes with precision and efficiency. Monitoring daily cashflow and hedging foreign currency effectively. Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, including VAT, RTD, Intrastat, and PAYE filings. Leading cost analysis, pricing strategies, and margin reviews to align financial performance with business objectives. Overseeing internal controls, risk management, and financial compliance activities. Collaborating with the Board to develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and long-term plans. Managing the finance team to foster a high-performance culture. What Youll Bring: Qualifications: A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent). Experience: 3+ years in a senior financial position, with a strong understanding of financial regulations and best practices. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint. Skills: Excellent analytical, organisational, and leadership abilities, with a focus on strategic planning and commercial awareness.
