Job Summary
This role involves leading and supporting key projects within the Global Supply Chain in a Medical Device Company. Projects may include new product development, acquisitions, quality and regulatory initiatives, and strategic transformations.
The Associate Project Manager will collaborate across functions, regions, and business units to develop and implement project strategies while ensuring successful execution. This is a high-visibility role, offering an excellent opportunity for career development in project management.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead operations and quality improvement projects, ensuring objectives and deliverables are met.
* Develop and execute project business plans, including resource allocation, costs, ROI, and timelines.
* Ensure project compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to address challenges.
* Present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
* Work closely with various teams across functions, regions, and business units to achieve project goals.
* Assist in driving permanent business improvements for long-term effectiveness.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Experience in the medical device industry.
* 4-6 years of relevant work experience, with at least 1 year in project management.
* Strong organizational, execution, and communication skills.
* Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively.
* Experience in large-scale projects as a lead or team member.
* PMP certification is a plus.
