Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our team in Dublin on a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract. The role of Investment Management Assistant is to provide effective investment administration both directly to clients, and by assisting Investment Managers and Team Leaders in the provision of high quality, professional investment management services.What will you do?Work closely with investment managers to support their clients.Prepare, review, and complete account opening packs for new clients, forwarding to the Onboarding Team.Support Investment Managers in the production of presentations, pitches, proposals, and reviews.Attend internal and external company and investment meetings.General administration duties as required.Liaise with all other relevant teams, e.g. Onboarding Team, Financial Planning, Client Services & Cash Team.Assist clients in completing Account Opening documentation.General communication with clients regarding their portfolio to include cash transfers, valuation, and other client documentation queries.Attend client meetings and or events as required.Complete all work to a high standard aligning to RBCBD procedures.What do you need to succeed?Must-haveRelevant degree qualification or equivalent.Previous experience in a financial services environment.Intermediate knowledge of MS Word/Excel/Outlook essential.High level of accuracy and proven attention to detail.Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written.Nice-to-haveQualified Financial Advisor.What is in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best - progressive thinking to keep growing and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
