IT & Technical Support Team Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our IT and technical support team.
This is a permanent position with the option of a hybrid working week, reporting directly to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a small team of four people in all aspects of technical support and continuous improvements.
* Maintain high performance levels of service, ensuring systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery.
* Deliver key IT projects on time and within budget, with minimal disruption to clients.
* Oversee the Technical Support service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
* Lead people management within the small IT team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 3 years previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or technical support environment.
* Strong IT Security knowledge, including understanding of best practices and industry standards.
* Excellent customer focus and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Strong ERP system knowledge, particularly SAP Business One, and WMS experience.
* Proven project management experience, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
