Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Resourcer, your primary focus will be sourcing high-quality candidates and effectively marketing job opportunities. You will play a key role in identifying top tier talent through various channels, building strong candidate relationships, and ensuring job vacancies reach the right audience. Working closely with the Director, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate attraction to placement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, etc.)
* Create job ad campaigns and marketing materials to increase reach and visibility.
* Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Update and manage the recruitment database with candidate details and interactions.
* Support recruitment consultants with candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and administrative tasks.
* Research market trends and talent pools to support recruitment strategies.
* Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key requirements:
* Prior experience in the property industry, recruitment, sourcing, or a similar role is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A proactive and results-driven mindset.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
