The Ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 1 years relevant experience as a Chef de Partie.
Recognised qualification and experience of managing and implementing a HACCP system.
Display excellence in food preparation and service.
Experience of menu design and implementation and food costings.
Be standards driven.
Driven and enthusiastic to achieve excellence.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
