Job Overview: The Supply Chain Manager (Reporting & Continuous Improvement) is a key part of the KDP Beverage Concentrates Supply Chain team, and reports to the Sr. Manager Supply Chain. The role is responsible for leading and managing all reporting activities within the Supply Chain and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes. Focusing on optimizing data analytics, automating reporting processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP/IT space. This person will also be responsible for the development of dashboards to support data visualization for Supply & Materials planning, as well as the establishment of documentation & governance of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the Supply Chain Function. What you will do: Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive reporting solutions for the Supply Chain and IBP processes. Drive the automation of reporting to improve efficiency and data accuracy. Lead continuous improvement projects focused on enhancing BevCon supply chain KPIs (CFR, OTIF, Obsolescence) and reporting efficiency. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to support decision-making processes. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within reporting frameworks. Maintain governance of SOPs for all BevCon Supply Chain processes, ensuring documentation is current and aligned with best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver analytical insights. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions using data-driven approaches. Train and support team members in using new reporting tools and dashboards. Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, analyzing trends to inform strategic decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Supply Chain Management or related field. 5+ years' experience and expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel/SQL, and SAP/ERP systems. Strong analytical skills with experience in process automation. Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Proven experience in supply chain reporting, data analytics, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of IBP processes and supply chain best practices. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
