Job Objectives
We are seeking applications for the role of Deputy Person in Charge who will support the Centre's Person in Charge. This role suits experienced candidates with strong organisation and management skills, who will support with the execution and delivery of duties within the centre daily in line with regulations.
* To ensure Personal Plans are up to date and that services are being delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
* The Deputy Person in Charge is responsible for providing the highest quality of care and support to individuals.
* To provide mentorship and leadership to the team daily.
* Formal supervisions, appraisals, and monthly team meetings take place under the control and supervision of the Person in Charge.
* To oversee the service across shifts to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered within the centre.
Skills Requirement
* Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area.
* Relevant life experience.
* A Full Driver's Licence is required or the ability to achieve one.
