Responsibilities:
* Plan, coordinate, and implement daily activities that cater to individual residents' needs and preferences.
* Aware of individual residents' medical and nursing requirements, ensuring their safety and well-being during activities.
* Communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Maintain accurate records of incidents and take necessary actions to prevent future occurrences.
* Ensure a clean and hygienic environment by adhering to strict hand washing routines and proper disinfection procedures.
* Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide assistance as needed.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
