Business Resilience Lead
This is a 12-month contract position that offers the opportunity to drive key strategic initiatives in an exciting area with increasing focus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and maintain the annual business resilience program of activities and deliverables.
* Lead the local delivery of annual regulatory digital and operational resilience requirements.
* Coordinate, embed, and oversee key Group resilience requirements and frameworks.
* Develop and provide subject matter expertise and guidance for key stakeholders.
* Coordinate company-wide business resilience engagement and awareness.
* Support crisis management teams and reporting to the regulator (DORA).
* Represent the function at relevant governance fora and lead the delivery of resilience reporting to committees.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum of 2 Grade C3/H5 at Higher Level in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) or FETAC Level 6 Diploma or higher.
* Good understanding of operational processes across the company.
* Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
* Ability to operate independently and as part of a small team.
* Ability to work to multiple deadlines and targets.
* Knowledge of business resilience, third-party, or risk management processes would be advantageous.
* Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.
