About Your New Job
* Troubleshooting and Resolving Incidents: As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving incidents and service requests, ranging from P1-P5.
* Incident Management: Manage incident queues, intake channels, and take ownership of incidents, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation.
* Collaboration: Coordinate internally with other support groups and communicate effectively with customers to support their strategy and improve processes.
What Skills You Need
* Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Windows Servers (2008, 2012, 2016), basic Linux Service Administration, and MySQL/MS SQL skills.
* Language Proficiency: German (B2 or greater) and English.
* Customer Service: Proven experience in customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Additional Skills: Time management, self-motivation, and the ability to analyze and define corrective actions from data provided in logs, traces, and heap dumps.
