The Role:
As an Agency Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our European expansion, managing high-profile accounts and driving revenue growth. This is your chance to work with one of the fastest-growing players in social media, backed by a global professional services leader.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing high-value accounts
2. Drive revenue retention and expansion within your client base
3. Develop a deep understanding of our partners' businesses and tailor solutions to their needs
4. Stay ahead of online marketing trends and apply insights to client strategies
5. Establish clear advertising goals with agencies or direct accounts, including entering campaign goals (KPIs)
Qualifications:
1. 2+ years of experience in AdTech campaign management and sales/account management
2. Agency experience is a must
3. Proven track record in client relationship management
4. Strong knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
6. Professional proficiency in French
7. Fluency in English is essential
8. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and presentation software
9. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
10. Team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to adapt quickly
11. Tech-savvy with a passion for innovative online technologies
12. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
