Job Title: TEAM LEADER RESIDENTIAL/RESPITE
Job Purpose:
The Team Leader will assist the Community Services Manager in delivering a quality client-focused service and supporting a person-centred planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership to staff on a daily basis, facilitating and implementing a Person-Centered service that meets the needs, wishes, and requirements of clients.
* Supervise and support staff by identifying training needs and development requirements.
* Ensure the delivery of a quality service by designing, implementing, and reviewing quality monitoring systems appropriate to residential service requirements and relevant legislation and standards.
* Ensure adequate staff cover is provided and participate in rostering where applicable.
* Provide support and assistance with independent living, in accordance with individual support plans.
