The TLI Group Engineering team is looking to hire a Graduate Engineer to join our growing Engineering team.
The JCE's primary function will be to undertake desktop & site audits on all engineering works carried out by our civil teams and sub-contract engineers. Reporting to the Compliance Engineering Lead, this is a key role in driving quality standards across the project.
The successful individual will have great attention to detail, a structured approach to work, be methodical and can articulate improvements/feedback where necessary. IT skills such as MS Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook are a necessity.
NB - There is no requirement for a Civil / Utilities background, as full technical training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Undertake quality audit reviews of engineering digitised records and physical works.
2. Review and identify Employers Requirements.
3. Review all works to ensure compliance with:
1. Internal TLI standards
2. Employer Requirements
3. Any other stakeholder requirements e.g. Planning conditions.
4. Provide feedback to feed into re-working Standard Operating Procedures.
5. Update any recommendations and feedback.
6. Draft Audit Output reports for the Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Subcontractors.
7. Support the team with Group accreditation to ISO18001 and ISO14001.
8. Support the team with QA, maintaining our accreditation to ISO9001.
