Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and expanding our customer base. This includes identifying and contacting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, conducting sales presentations, calling into construction sites, and negotiating contracts. This is a hybrid role, based in Munster covering the Munster Counties with flexibility for remote work.
Knowledge & Skills
* New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
* Ability to cold call to construction sites
* Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
* Ability to effectively manage client accounts
* Experience in conducting sales presentations and negotiations
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
* Experience in the security industry is a plus
* Technical experience or qualification is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Preferred not essential)
* CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot)

Pay: €45,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
