Project Coordinator
Location: Hybrid across home and our office in Swords, Dublin
Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
What you’ll do:
We have a brand new opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our expanding Utility Arb team in Republic of Ireland. Your overall role is to support the Contract Delivery Manager and Project Managers in managing the operations for an assigned programme of tree works in and around the North East and Midlands areas of ROI. You will be responsible for building all costing models for your specific projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for creating and processing project costings and job packs for all your assigned projects ensuring the efficient tracking of tasks and strict timeframes are met.
2. Update and manage the Works Programme and Planning Checklists and all similar programmes for your assigned workload and area of responsibility.
3. Booking and tracking of all Traffic Management works on specific projects.
4. Tracking project delivery in terms of volumes and desktop quality audits.
5. Working closely with the client as well as internal stakeholders.
6. Attend internal programming and planning meetings.
This is a hybrid role but the majority of your time can be spent working at home remotely with very occasional meetings in the office in Swords, Dublin.
What we’re looking for:
This is an interesting and varied project coordination role which suits someone with a solid admin background, especially focusing on commercial data, spreadsheets, and scheduling.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
1. A keen understanding of all Microsoft packages, especially Excel, as this will form a large part of your role; therefore, IT skills are essential.
2. A basic understanding of commercial/financial terms including sales, profits, and costs.
3. A great attention to detail with the ability to spot anomalies in data when they occur.
4. Strong organisational skills as well as the ability to plan phased work over differing timescales.
5. Excellent people relations skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
6. Any traffic management experience would be beneficial, as would any previous experience within the Environmental services sector.
