The Role: As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into actionable technical solutions for the Salesforce platform.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders, developing user stories, analysing business processes, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions are aligned with business goals and objectives.
You will work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful implementation of solutions.

Translating business needs into technical solutions, creating user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Analysing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvements and optimisation.
Facilitating discussions between business teams and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and proposed solutions.
Reviewing and refining requirements as necessary to ensure alignment with both business goals and technical feasibility Supporting the development team by clarifying requirements, ensuring they are understood and correctly implemented.
Documenting processes and solutions, maintaining up-to-date records of requirements, solutions, and project progress.
Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and process improvements.
Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within Salesforce environments.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into technical requirements.
Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements documentation.
Familiarity with process mapping and flowcharting tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business and technical teams.
Salesforce knowledge and familiarity with Salesforce functionality, including customisation and automation Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder) would be advantageous.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
