Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer's technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
* Troubleshoot and solve technical problems of AWS customers, and drive customer communication during critical events.
* Leverage your day-to-day experiences to provide the voice of the customer to internal AWS teams.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Flexibility to work weekend shifts as part of a five-day-week offset.
* No restriction of traveling abroad, issuing long-period visa.
* Fluent in Korean and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
* 0-1 years of experience in Linux/Windows systems administration, database design and optimization, big data analysis, network administration, and dev ops.
* Majored engineering in one of the branches (CSE/IT/ECE/EEE) or MCA with an aggregate of 65% overall.
* Basic knowledge in one or many of these IT technologies – Computing / Networking / Databases / Security / Big Data & Analytics / DevOps / Programming.
* Passionate about customers and new technology.
* Experience working within the software development or Internet industries.
* Experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications.
* Demonstrated proficiency in systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP).
* Advanced English communication skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills.
* Self-starter who is excited about technology.
* Troubleshooting / Support experience.
