Our client is a large Irish Organisation actively seeking a HR Executive to join their organisation for a permanent role. The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of HR activities associated with general Learning & Development and Employee Engagement. The offer hybrid working, with 2 days’ work from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED:
1. Manages new joiners and induction processes
2. Supports L&D initiatives through scheduling, promotion, coordination, monitoring, evaluation and effective reporting of training initiatives
3. Manages the probation review process for all new joiners
4. Manages the learning mailbox and communicates effectively with required stakeholders and suppliers.
5. Assists OD Executive with preparation and execution of Employee Survey.
6. Supports Graduate Programme Lead with relevant events
7. Active role in the graduate recruitment process – eg. Assessment centre coordination
8. Supporting the implementation and roll out of LMS and TMS
9. Support ad-hoc HR operations, as required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. 3 year HR experience
2. Full Clean Driving License
3. A relevant Third level Degree qualification and/or relevant business experience
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Ability to work well under pressure, independently and on own initiative
