Overview:
This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in media communications within Core Exchange, a central team responsible for planning, buying, and implementing video, audio, publishing, and digital media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and manage media campaigns, ensuring placements meet client goals and specifications.
* Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns in real-time to achieve objectives.
* Conduct analysis and quality checks, ensuring all deliverables align with client expectations.
* Work with internal teams and media partners to develop plans that maximize impact and efficiency.
* Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign success and media strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Agency Performance:
o Meet or exceed client goals and specifications.
o Optimize campaigns in real-time to achieve objectives.
* Commercial Performance:
o Assist in budget tracking and billing reconciliation.
o Maintain accuracy and efficiency in campaign management.
* Talent Management:
o Participate in Core's structured learning program to develop expertise in media planning and buying.
o Stay informed on industry trends and actively participate in internal training programs.
Your Profile:
* Possess a passion for media planning and buying.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Show comfort with ad platforms and analytics tools.
